Randy Smith of the Smith & Fawer law firm in New Orleans, Louisiana. Randy visits with us about an eminent domain case in Louisiana called St. Bernard Port, Harbor & Terminal District v. Violet Dock Port Inc., LLC. The case presented both a significant right to take issue and a significant valuation issue.
